Clark Investigation & Security Services, Ltd., has been in existence for almost fifty (50) years. In conjunction with our affiliate, Empire State Loss Prevention, Ltd., we currently employ more than 1,000 security officers and provide a broad range of security services. We are licensed and bonded in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and manage through our affiliates assignments in forty two (42) other states.
The principals of Clark Investigation are three (3) retired New York City Police Detectives, each with over twenty (20) years of service, and two (2) attorneys. Senior officers within the company are also drawn from the ranks of law enforcement. Along with the principals who maintain day-to-day control of all company operations, they provide a wealth of experience in the field of security and investigations.
This experience has included assignments in N.Y. City Hall and The District Attorney's Office. The principals have served as Forensic Homicide Detectives, Detective Squad Commanders, Captains of Precinct Patrol and Emergency Service Units, also Retired Federal Agents. Due to the broad scope of our experience and depth, we feel we can be of assistance to you. We maintain the highest legal and ethical standards when conducting investigations and reporting information.
Our Board Chairman & President, Joseph Finn, has served as a highly decorated New York City Police Homicide Detective for many years. Mr. Finn also served with the District Attorney's Office for five (5) years. In that capacity, he conducted investigations of major cases including insurance fraud and testified in more than two hundred (200) Supreme Court cases.
Our C.E.O., Richard Mahoney, has been involved in over three hundred (300) homicide investigations as part of the Forensic Homicide Squad; also he has testified on numerous occasions as an expert witness in ballistic, crime scene photography and latent fingerprint development. He is also a certified document examiner.
Senior Vice President, John McGettrick, has served as 1st Deputy City Council President of New York City and as Research Director for the New York State Assembly Labor Committee. He has broad experience interpreting environmental, O.S.H.A. (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and labor regulations.
